CAKE IN TEN MINUTES?

Today I am going to tell you a recipe that has saved my ass a couple of times. You know the times when you have to go to a friends house, with a "everybody brings something" rule, and you didn't have enough time to make anything? Don't worry, I got you. You will need:

- pudding (chocolate is the best)
- cookies (I use Plazma cookies, because they absorb the liquid the best)
- vanilla sugar (the best is the one in the powder form)
- whipped cream or the cake cream mix
- milk

Cook your pudding in a small pot - follow the instructions on the back of the bag. In a bowl, mix the milk and vanilla sugar together. Dip your cookies in the mix until they are all soaked up and lay them flat in a baking tray to form the bottom of our cake. Pour the cooked pudding on top of the cookies and let it cool down. Once it is all cooled, spread the whipped cream on top. You can add different kinds of fruit in between the pudding and whipped cream layer (bananas, strawberries, pears,...) and for the better presentation, sprinkle some graded chocolate on top of the cream. This cake is the best if you leave it in the fridge for a little while, but you can also eat it right away!

Danes bom s tabo delila recept s katerim sem si že v nekaj primerih rešila rit. Saj veš, odpravljaš se k prijateljem na obisk s pravilom "vsak nekaj prinese" pa ti zmanjka časa? Ne skrbi, vse kar potrebuješ imaš verjetno že doma:

- puding (najboljši je seveda čokoladni)
- piškoti (jaz uporabim Plazma piškote, ker najbolje vpijajo tekočino)
- vanilijev sladkor (najboljši je bourbon, ker je v obliki prahu)
- sladka smetana za stepanje ali krema za torte
- mleko

V manjšem loncu skuhaj puding - drži se navodil na vrečki. V posodi zmešaj mleko in vanilijev sladkor in v mešanico pomakaj piškote, dokler se temeljito ne napijejo. Sproti jih zlagaj v pekač tako, da dobiš dno torte. Čez previdno polij skuhan puding in počakaj da se ohladi. Ko je puding strjen, stepi sladko smetano in jo premaži po vrhu torte. Med plast pudinga in smetane lahko po želji dodaš tudi sadje (banane, jagode, breskve,...) po vrhu pa za okras posuješ naribano čokolado! Torta je najboljša če jo pustiš še nekaj časa stati v hladilniku, lahko pa jo seveda poješ takoj.
